Xiaomi Mi Mix 2s price in India, features and release date
Xiaomi is expected to unveil the Mi MIX 2s at Mobile World Congress 2018 in Barcelona this month. New reports have leaked design renders of the upcoming smartphone. These renders show a nearly bezel-free display that appears to have top and bottom chins slimmer than the ones on the previously launched Mi MIX 2. As per the poster, the Mi Mix 2S will feature a distinct change as opposed to the original.
The front-facing camera that was found on the bottom-right corner on the Mi Mix 2 has now made its way up to the opposite corner on the Mi Mix 2S.Launch of the Xiaomi Mi 7 has also reportedly been postponed, and the phone is expected to arrive sometime in April or May this year.
It’s almost time for the Mobile World Congress and with it, the last bunch of rumors about major smartphones and OEMs, in general, have started doing the rounds. As a reminder, it’s almost confirmed that Xiaomi will not bring its blue-eyed boy, the Mi 7, to Mobile World Congress.
The Xiaomi Mi Mix 2s mobile features a 5.99 inch display with a screen resolution of 1080 x 2160 pixels and runs on Android v7.1 (Nougat) operating system. The device is powered by Octa core (2.45 GHz, Quad core, Kryo 280 + 1.9 GHz, Quad core, Kryo 280) processor paired with 6 GB of RAM. As far as the battery is concerned it has 4000 mAh. Over that, as far as the rear camera is concerned this mobile has a 16 MP camera CMOS image sensor supporting a resolution of 4616 x 3464 Pixels and the front snapper is powered by a CMOS image sensor.
Other sensors include Light sensor, Proximity sensor, Accelerometer, Compass, Gyroscope. So, does it have a fingerprint sensor? Yes, it does. For graphical performance that can make games run smoothly, this phone has got a Adreno 540 GPU. On board storage is at 256 GB !!! with the option to expand the memory. Another interesting thing that caught our eye was the non-existent fingerprint sensor on the phone, which was present on the back in the original Mix 2. Now, there’s no confirmation on this, but it could also mean an under-display fingerprint sensor will be used.
